RxWOD

For Coaches

Program in a tool that knows what an EMOM is.

RxWOD's programming module is built around how coaches actually think — by cycle, by movement, by intent. Not by drag-and-drop calendar event.

You program it. The wall coaches it.

Rx, scaled, foundations — every athlete gets a version.

Scaling is programmed, not improvised in the thirty seconds before the clock starts. Set the intended stimulus once — the floor sees exactly what to do, at every level.

The room sees it live.

Scores hit the wall the second they're logged. Ranks move, the class pushes harder — the energy of a throwdown, every single class, on any TV in the box.
01

A movement library that grows with you

Most gym software treats a movement as one-off text buried inside a WOD. In RxWOD, a movement is an entry — scaled for every level, tagged, searchable, reusable across every cycle you write. The library is yours — not a shared pool of “exercises” written by someone who hasn't deadlifted.
02

Programming by cycle, not by day

Most software plans one day at a time — cycles get rebuilt from scratch every six weeks. In RxWOD, a six-week cycle is a single block: laid out once, moved as a whole, cloned into the next cycle. The system handles the calendar so you can focus on the work.
03

Scaling without apologizing

Every WOD has Rx and scaled options as first-class citizens. Not a “modification” footnote. Not a “beginner version”. Scaled is real, and we treat it that way.
